Frequently Asked Questions
What is chiropractic care?
Chiropractic care is a natural, hands-on approach to health that focuses on the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Chiropractors use adjustments and supportive therapies to restore proper alignment and motion, relieve pain, and help the body heal itself.
Where is your office located?
Our office is located at 4425 Plano Pkwy, Suite 901, Carrollton, TX 75010, on the south side of Plano Parkway between Parker Road and Marsh Lane.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. We are closed Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. Our free consultation lets you discuss your symptoms and health history with our team to determine whether our care is right for you before any examination or treatment.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No. You can schedule directly with our office without a referral from another provider.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept FSA, HSA, CareCredit, and other payment options. Call our office at (972) 713-9355 to learn about the insurance carriers we accept.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, bulging and herniated discs, sciatica, whiplash, scoliosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and pain in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, legs, and feet.
What services do you offer?
Our services include spinal adjustments, spinal decompression, physical rehabilitation, postural restoration, electric muscle stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, cold laser therapy, custom arch supports and orthotics, nutrition programs, and pregnancy, pediatric, and family chiropractic.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Chiropractic care is widely considered a safe, drug-free option for many musculoskeletal conditions when provided by a licensed chiropractor after a thorough evaluation.
Do chiropractic adjustments hurt?
Most patients find adjustments comfortable and often feel relief afterward. We offer both manual and gentle instrument-assisted adjustments using the ProAdjuster/Ultralign system.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit includes a consultation, health history review, and examination, which may include posture analysis, orthopedic and neurological tests, and imaging when needed, followed by an explanation of your findings and care plan.
How many visits will I need?
The number of visits depends on your condition, how long you have had symptoms, and your goals. Your care plan will outline a recommended schedule that is adjusted as you improve.
Can chiropractic care help after a car accident?
Yes. We evaluate and treat whiplash and other auto accident injuries. Because symptoms can appear days later, we recommend an evaluation soon after any accident.
Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?
Yes. We use gentle, pregnancy-appropriate techniques and positioning to help relieve back and pelvic discomfort during pregnancy and after delivery.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We provide gentle pediatric chiropractic care for infants, children, and teens using techniques designed for growing bodies.
What is spinal decompression?
Spinal decompression is a non-surgical therapy that gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on discs and nerves. It is often used for bulging and herniated discs, sciatica, and chronic back or neck pain.
Do you offer nutrition services?
Yes. Our nutrition program, led by nutritionist Kazzie Ellenburg, M.S., offers customized nutrition and lifestyle plans, education, supplements, and one-on-one coaching, available virtually or in person.
